Let me take you back to where it all began…

It was the early 90s, and I was given a special gift – a massage at a unique, for the times, all-natural boutique spa in Morningside, Atlanta. I had never experienced anything like it before – the relaxing power of essential oils was profound. For years, I had struggled with allergies to synthetic chemicals, so I couldn’t use most scented products. But this experience was different, and I was hooked instantly!

At the time, I was juggling the high-pressure world of real estate, and I knew I needed something like that massage to calm my stress and soothe my soul on a daily basis! That’s when I dove headfirst into the world of essential oils, scouring books and local shops (remember, no internet back then!). I began experimenting, blending oils for everything from stress relief to boosting my mood to soothing aches and pains and before I knew it, I had created a little kitchen laboratory, crafting custom essential oil blends!

Soaking in the bath had been my self-care ritual since my teenage years, so making my own aromatherapy bath salts felt like a natural next step. After perfecting my salt blends with help from friends and family, I discovered they loved them so much they wanted to give their friends and family the salts, then those friends and family wanted to share with their friends and family. And guess what? Word spread, and before I knew it, I had a little side business of aromatherapy products many people wanted to gift to their friends and loved ones. That’s when Scentsations by Julie was born!

Fast forward to today, and I am ready to retire from my rewarding real estate career and fully embrace my passion for essential oils. My mission is simple: to help you experience the profound benefits of these natural, healing gifts and elevate your self-care routine. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, stress relief, or simply a moment of indulgence, my products are crafted to provide that perfect escape – your very own at-home spa experience.
