We do not accept returns. We take pride in our products at Scentsations by Julie and seek to go beyond customer expectations. It is important to understand you are buying products made from unique plants and the scent may vary slightly from order to order. You can be assured they have the same therapeutic effects, however. Also, based on supply, the ribbon may not be the exact ribbon seen in the pictures but it will be beautiful and match the label.
